  • How do I start?
    First we start with a discovery call, in this call we will discuss your needs and goals and make sure we are a good fit.
  • Is there a contract?
    While there is a contract stating the scope of work and rate we have previously agree for this is not a contract that locks you in for x amount of months. We are built for small businesses which means our services are flexible to meet your needs.
  • Do I have to work and manage with multiple people?
    No, the idea behind our Studio is to be your one stop shop and avoid you having to manage multiple people at once. You will only have contact with your Account Manager.
  • Is my Account Manager my employee?
    No, your Account Manager is an independent contractor of Moonlush Studio and a sub-contractor to you.
  • How are the payments?
    It will depend on the service you choose. For our 1:1 Operations Support service the payments are done monthly upfront and you will receive the invoice through email. For all our Done For You services, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking and the remaining balance at the end of the service. For our System Intensive we require payment in full at the time of booking.
